In March 2018, with a grant from the Heritage Bank, the Scope Club of Allora were able to run the “MATE BYSTANDER PROGRAM”. It was presented facilitators Michael and Holly from Griffith University.
Years 7-10 at our local state school attended the program which was the first to be presented in Qld. An Adult Program was also held in the evening and was very well attended.
We are planning to run the program for year 7 students starting High School March 2019 -2020.
