Neil Andrews Award 2019

The recipient of the 2019 Neil Andrews Award, although not a Member of Scope, has been a supporter since we chartered in 1977.

I have admired this person over many years for their contribution to Scope and their Community going back to 1958, long before I had the pleasure of meeting them.

It was in 1958 that Graham Peach joined the Miami Surf Club during his time there he held many positions including President of the Club. He was given an award by the Surf Club for collecting the most money over many years. He is a life member of the Miami Surf Club.

Graham volunteered at the kindergarten his girls attended. He also helped fund raising for the local primary school for a swimming pool and a hall.

He was very supportive to his Aunt, Mother and Mother in law.

Graham is very supportive of his local Scope Club helping with fundraising functions, cooking at all their Bunning’s BBQ’S. He enjoyed the many holidays he had with Scope friends travelling Australia & Over Seas

For the past two years Graham has been volunteering for Getting Home Safe 100. Helping disadvantaged youth to obtain their drivers licence.

Graham has been doing work at the school his grandchildren attend.

After this long history of community giving Graham Peach is a worthy recipient of the Neil Andrews Award 2019.
